Dallas – Spring Break 2010

I was not able to do a daily blog post during our Spring Break Trip so here it is in one post.

We left Amarillo last Sunday after church. We stopped in Denton and ate at one of my favorite places, Fuddruckers.

We then proceeded to our hotel in the Dallas area.

Monday, we headed out to the Ripley’s Museum.

  1. Wow what a fun trip. Has given me some ideas for when we go see Anna and Joseph, who by the way now have a new son Caleb. I can’t believe how much your sons have grown. Stephen has changed the most. Nice looking young man! Was good to see your and Vickie also. You need to come visit, we miss ya’ll. Have fun in San Diego!

  2. LOOKS LIKE A GOOD TRIP—LOTS TO SEE!!! Hey, Vicky, I think I would rather see you with Caroline than Oprah!!!Girl, where is Caroline??? You did good with the man in black . It is hard to beat that man and his music. Craig, you posted earlier about your weight!!!!!!!!! Why is your hand in Forrest’s box of chocolate. You might get good dark chocolate –OK–but I doubt it!! Sean & Mel are lookin good! Michael, I do not recognize your friend. I am probably too old!! Stephen, if that is George Burns you are with, that was even before my time!!!

  3. Great pictures as usual and I know you all had a fun time. My man Johnny Cash, the man in black, Pensy GGi, and the Santa Fe indian ‘war paint’….just doesn’t get any better than that!!

  4. Craig-Thanks for the pics. As we told you earlier, we TOO love train travel. When we were in Europe in 2004, we spent the better part of two months traveling by train….love it. We were able to cover just about all of Central Europe that way…city center to city center. Some times we just got off, checked it out, ate? got back on and went further. That way we saw small
and large communities…of course we visited almost all of the cathedrals that had organs…me being an organist…we’re looking forward to The Empire Builder across the US at some future date.
Glad you enjoyed (of course the boys) all the sights. We have quite a few right here in Texas.
    With christian love,
    Frank and JoMary.
